a quote in preparation for advent, in the busyness of life, how often do we need to hear these words… advent a time when we pray that God will break into our lives, and we pray that the waters of our soul will be stirred, a season to walk the journey to Christ’s birth, the incarnation, advent…but a season that has become so busy with shopping, trips, and doing that we don’t slow down enough to pay attention … to be still with our creator … the one who gives hope, love, and joy…the one who gives life.  slow down
